Ask Peter Gilmore as he is the one who runs the cult that makes these claims. Makes no sense at all. Seems silly to me for adults to claim to be atheists yet use a name associated with the supernatural.
Seems like attention seekers to me.
Since the classical definition of "atheist" is that atheists do not believe in supernatural beings, and the classical definition of "Satan" is that he IS a supernatural Being, they MIGHT be making that claim as proof that they reject classical definitions. But, that is just a guess on my part. In order to answer with complete accuracy, I would have to meet three criteria: 1.
Be a Satanist 2. Claim to be an atheist 3. Have some idea why I make that claim.
Anybody who does not meet those criteria is simply GUESSING at the motives of another, and passing judgment based on the guess. Since Christians are not allowed to pass judgment, there go a lot of potential answers!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
