How do I connect a cable box (Amino AmiNET110) to a Sony SLV-D380P DVD/VCR player to a tv that only has a coaxial input?

How do I connect a cable box (Amino AmiNET110) to a Sony SLV-D380P DVD/VCR player to a tv that only has a coaxial input. The Sony doesn't have a tuner. I have a RF modulator, but don't know if I need to use it.

The Amino box has a connection for the AC adapter (connected), a connection for the cable ethernet cord (connected to the cable wall input), a connection labeled "SP Dif Digital Out" w/ an AV type connector (banana style), a connection labeled "AV out" for an S Video 10 pin cord, a connection labeled "Out" that accomodates a coax cable, and a connection labeled "In" that accomodates a coax cable. You should be able to just daisy chain them together. The Sony has a coax out so you connect that straight to the TV. It also has several inputs that match up with the outputs of the Amino, so pick one and hook them up.

Once that's done, you should be good to go and will leave you the Amino's coax input to connect it to outside cable. In other words: Amino --composite video (the red, yellow, white banana connectors)--> Sony --coax--> TVAnother possibility is to get a coax A/B switch like this:radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?product... hook the coax out of the Sony into one input of the A/B switch, the coax out of the Amino into the other one, and the output of the A/B switch to the TV's coax input. You'd need to physically switch from one to the other rather than just shut off the one you don't want to use, and you wouldn't be able to use your DVD recorder to record stuff off the cable box.

Further info is available on the Sony support page I linked, where they have a tool that suggests how to hook things up based on the various inputs and outputs of your system. Just click the link to the "Hookup Recommendation Guide" in the center bottom of the page (I can't link straight to it, I tried. ) Sources: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/model-home.pl?XID=M:products:crmportal&LOC=3&mdl=SLVD380P .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
