How do I convince my parents to let me listen to Black Veil Brides?

I am a Christian and I enjoy w/e music I like, because it's what is in the heart that matters. If you just enjoy the music with no intention of being evil or w/e, then just explain that you can think for yourself and you're not influenced by the music and obviously you want to respect your relationship with God. Also, if you can't listen to the music just because your mom and sister think someone's ugly, then they are the people with issues because no REAL Christian would hate someone because of how they look.

That is evil! And it disgusts me to my core. Hatred itself is evil, we Christians should experience as many different cultures and people as we can to understand them and show them love and take care of them and accept them.

We should never hate people, we should never force people into religion, we should never EVER tell people that they are unworthy, or threaten that they're going to Hell, and NEVER judge someone. I know for a fact God still loves me and is proud of me, no matter what I wear. Because he created me in his image, and he is proud of that.

He couldn't care less what I wear, as long as I know he's the one who gave it to me. As long as I love him and am faithful and caring, he's there for me. They don't know how God would feel about anything, they aren't God.

Hitler thought he knew what God would feel, also, and look how that turned out! If they seriously think one band shirt is going to send you to Hell, they have major issues. I know plenty of people who come to church wearing ICP, BVB, and literally everything else.

If you're a true Christian, you don't care what other Christians wear as long as they have a relationship with their creator.

You need to talk to them, or at least hide that you are listening to BVB and tell them that you know, they can't force you to do what they make them happy!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
