You delete music the same way you add it, through iTunes. Open iTunes and attach your device. Find it on the list pane to the left, and double-click on "music."

You can delete the music song by song, or you can select multiple tracks for deletion.

Each time you sync with itunes you have the option to customize what songs and play lists are loaded onto your ipod. Do note, if the music is not from your itunes when you sync the ipod it will wipe-out everything that is stored on it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
