How do I edit an old episode of a client without 'undoing' a discharge?

FAQ No. : 4 Date: 20/06/2002 Category: Client Details ANSWER: NOTE: Only versions 5.8 onwards have the feature described below. 1.

Find and open the client file you need. 2. Click the More page and then click the Prior admissions page.

If the client has had multiple prior admissions, these should be listed on this page. 3. RIGHT CLICK with the mouse on the episode that you want to modify.

This will bring up an option Edit episode with admission date dd/mm/yyyy. Check the episode you are about to edit, then click on the popup menu item. 4.

You will notice that the Case Status will flash a red Editing Old Episode, indicating that you are editing an episode that is no longer current. Make sure that you are editing the correct episode. 5. Make the necessary changes.

For example, if you want to change the Discharge Date, click the Discharge page and change the Discharge Date there. 6. Finally save the changes by CTRL+S or select File > Save.

The file will return to its previous state.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
