How do I get melted crayon off the inside of my clothing dryer?

1 Thanks guys. I gave the solutions that you all gave me to my husband. He chose to use the flamable WD40 of course. It worked fairly well.

Most of the crayon is gone. I did a couple of hot cycles with old towels and will continue to. I guess I will never get perfection, but at least it isn't getting on my clothes.

I do have some orange oil. I may try that too.

2 Thank you. I took out a load of laundry and there were green crayon marks all over my son's clothes and smeared all over the dryer. I tried the hot cycle with towels, but didn't get very far.

I tried the WD40 and that worked pretty well, especially if you let it sit for a while, it seemed to lessen. We also used a MAGIC ERASER after the WD40 had sat for a while and between the two of those things it really did the trick. My husband was also going to try a natural orange all purpose spray cleaner that have, but I don't know if he ever did.

Spray WD-40 on the damp cloth rag; do NOT spray directly into the dryer. Use caution with a gas dryer. Wipe the crayon marks off the inside of the drum.

Rinse cloth rag with water. Wipe the drum with the damp cloth. Run dry, old rags through the dryer to make sure that all the crayon residue is gone.

If you have a gas dryer, leave the door open to dry out for a day before running. WD-40 can be purchased at most grocery, hardware, or auto parts stores. WD-40 is flammable so use caution.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
