How do I get rid of this stubborn navel piercing infection?

Dial is EVIL. Anti bacterial soap is EVIL even if mild, it dehydrates the tissue killing bad and GOOD bacteria you need for good healing, a reaosn why your piericng isn;t healing. From what you're telling me, this is migration signs NOT infection.
