Ultimately it's a personal decision. The American Medical Association generally treats chronic pain problems with medication that masks the symptoms rather than cures the pain. IF that is acceptable to you, you need look no further!
If you want to explore alternatives, I suggest you go to a chiropractor who has an X-ray machine. IF he takes X-rays and reveals a fracture or some breakage I doubt his adjustments will help you, you would be better off going back to the AMA type doctor. If it appears to be an alignment problem that causes your pain you have several choices, you can try the chiropractor and see if it gives you any relief, try accupuncture or lifestyle changes.
Some times proper diet and exercise work better in the long run than quick fixes. Some times exercise, if you are over doing it, or doing it wrong, is what is causing the problem.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
