For streets light in unincorporated Orange County please contact your local utility/electrical service provider. In most case unincorporated County areas are serviced by either Southern California Edison or San Diego Gas & Electric.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
