How do I transfer my iTunes library from one computer to another?

Fergal - I guess you already managed it somehow ;) but I hope this answer is helpful for some other people, who drop in via an Internet search, like I did. I managed transferring my iTunes library (including playlists, ratings etc. ) using a software called tuneswift. Was easy to use and the whole process was done relatively fast.

1 It's easy to copy the songs, but the real issue is how do I keep the playlists, ratings etc on the songs.... it would take days and days to manually do it. I'm trying to move from Windows 2000 to a Vista machine. Vista has a different default location for the I-tunes folder.
