How do I win full custody of my unborn child?

No, absolutely not! There is absolutely nothing you can do before the child is born. Even IF the child is yours, as long as the baby is in the womb, the baby is part of her body and custody is not and cannot be an issue.

And as for her comments about placing the child for adoption, etc., she is pregnant and full of hormones...many mothers contemplate a variety of options for their baby while pregnant but they can't be held bound to them. Further, no matter how much she lies to you, unless she is a crack-addicted prostitute, you are not going to get custody of a newborn baby. That baby belongs with his/her breastfeeding mother AND it is very important for a baby to be with their mother for the first two years of their life so they can bond properly.

I highly doubt any judge is going to give you custody of her baby because you don't like the fact that she is a benefit scrounger. As long as the baby's basic needs are being met, she will have custody and you get visitation and the right to pay child support! Also, you should know that you have no right to tie the mother to Spain as it would be more convenient for you to raise the child there...you can't keep her from leaving Spain and she is free to give birth in whatever country will allow her do so in!

And if the baby is born in the UK, you will not be allowed to leave the UK with the infant even if you do get custody as the mother will still have rights which you will not be allowed to violate! And if you do remove the child from the country, you would be arrested and charged with parental kidnapping and the baby would be returned to the country of its birth! One last thing...since this woman appears to be lacking in truthfulness, don't get your heart set on you being this baby's father.

It is quite probable that you are NOT the father. A dna paternity test will be your best friend...once the baby is born. I do suggest that for the future, if you want to avoid baby drama, GET MARRIED FIRST before you do any more procreating!

Then, you will have the right to jointly raise your baby. Good luck and God bless.

You can't do anything until the child is born. Then you should get an attorney because trying to solve this mess on your own will be very difficult. ..

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
