How do lifestyle choices affect weight?

Where we are within our weight range depends on our habits, and this is where those lifestyle choices really do have an effect. When we eat less and are more active, we’re closer to the bottom of our personal range. When we eat more and are less active, we’re at the top.

Because we live in a world of abundant, cheap food, many of us are on the heavier end of our range. Our genes make it challenging for us to get much bigger or much smaller.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
