Non-stick pots and pans are very convenient to have as part of your cookware collection. As the name says, they have a non-stick surface. The non-stick surface makes clean up a breeze.

Non-stick cookware should be washed by hand with a mild dishwashing detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool, you will damage the surface. Do not put non-stick pots and pans in the dishwasher unless the manufacturer's instructions specifically say you can.
