How do you cook artichokes if you don't have a steamer?

Here is another suggestion to cook artichokes , which my sister did once and it was a very simple process and it came out well also.. She rinsed the artichoke, leaving a little water clinging to the leaves. Then completely wrapped the artichoke in saran wrap and microwave for 4-5 minutes until tender.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
