How do you entertain yourself if you live in a small town and are single?

Weekend parties bringing in out of town friends. Small towns are great for festivals and nature walks and pie bakes and little cute stores for shopping. Don't forget the moonshine.

Um I mean wine. Get a large pig and have a pig roast at this party. Open space should be plenty so invite your favorite local band to play.

The next day, go door to door asking people to donate $5 to $10 for your personal fund raiser so that you can open a pinball machine game room next to the local barber. I know there has to be a bowling alley and skating rink right? Take lessons and become a pro at both.Babysit.

Have all the neighborhood kids come over and play old fashion games with them like 3 legged race, hop scotch, sack races, kick ball and apple dunks etc. Heck get all the young folks from age 24 down and throw a play each year for the town. Come on folks ... Where is your imagination. Start a garden club, book club gun club.

Oh wait skip the gun club unless there is an over population of wild turkeys.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
