You have to go to the light house and look for a can, then go to the dock and click the water with the can in your flipper, then take the water go to the HQ and go into the gadget room, look for the testing machine, place the can with water on it and click the red bar, then when the can goes in the thing click the snow, then it will come out and grab the lens and give it to the guy and he will give you the spare lens. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
