How do you get your computer to continuously change the background picture instead of just keeping one desktop picture?

I seen a computer that had a different picture on the desktop background every few minutes. It was not the screen saver. I know the owner used webshots.

Com at one time but I'm not sure if this is what it was or not. I don't see this person anymore so I can't ask them. The pictures were not of her own from her personal camera.

But I can tell you from experience of cleaning spyware and viruses off many many student laptops that most applications that load random downloaded pictures as your wallpaper (including the slideshow versions) usually turn out to be a virus or spyware. Even if it was a legit program, it would just be a waste of computer resources and slow the system down.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
