For all other applications, I think the best glue on the market is E6000. It can be goopy and odorous so use in a well ventilated area and protect the work surface. A tweezers for handling the crystals and a toothpick or other discardable applicator (cheapo paint brush like an eye liner size) will do the trick for applying the glue to such small items.
