A milkshake is not low calorie, but that doesn't mean you can't pack it with nutrients. Here is my own unique recipe for a caramel banana milkshake that is both delicious and nutritious! Please note: I highly recommend using the particular instant breakfast mix mentioned.
Besides adding taste to the milkshake, it has a ton of really great vitamins and minerals - and also 5 grams of protein per whole packet. This first step is an optional but a delicious touch. Wrap a ripe banana in aluminum foil.
Put it in the freezer for 24 - 48 hours. Take it out, unwrap it and chop it up into ice cube sized slices. To skip this step, simply use a regular ripe banana in the recipe.
Put all food ingredients except the caramel syrup into the pitcher part of your mixer. Put the lid on securely, and then blend the mixture for about thirty seconds or until the milkshake is smooth. Pour your milkshake into a milkshake glass.
Top with caramel syrup if desired. Enjoy. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
