Monogram Art is all of the rage in home design now. Here is an easy, affordable project that you can do yourself...and it's so pretty, too! I have given these as housewarming gifts and appreciation gifts for teachers, too.
They seem to be popular with the recipients, probably because it is a personalized gift. Purchase your materials. You can find everything at a craft store, but you may be able to save a few dollars by purchasing some items at Walmart or The Dollar Tree.
The one I made is on a small scale, but you can make this art as big or small as you would like. Paint your wood plaque (front & back) and your letter, let dry. Cut scrapbook paper to cover the entire piece of wood.
Glue paper to the front of the plaque. (I used spray adhesive). Let dry.
Glue painted letter on to the plaque. Let dry. Set the Monogram art in a frame holder.
You can find them at The Dollar Tree, Walmart or a Craft Store. Enjoy! More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
