Bruschetta is made differently world wide and I've had the good and the BAD. I'll be creating a series of How-To's on making Bruschetta. These instructional articles will range from easy to difficult and will come from many countries.
We'll start with a favorite: Olive Garden's Bruschetta Appetizer. :) You'll learn how to make a quick, fresh and easy appetizer for a snack or party! (This is definately not a date food hahaha) Step 1 (Preparation time is approximately 30 minutes) COMBINE diced tomatoes and chopped garlic in a mixing bowl.
Step 2 Season with salt & pepper to taste. Step 3 Add half of the chopped basil and 4 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Step 4 DRIZZLE both sides of bread slices with extra virgin olive oil.
Grill bread lightly on both sides. (You may also bake for 15 minutes in the oven). Step 5 RUB grilled bread with cut half of garlic clove to infuse with flavor and then Top each slice with tomato mixture.
Step 6 GARNISH with remaining chopped basil and serve ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
