I know I'm not the only one out here who loves chicken. The challenge is trying to find new ways to cook this fantastic fowl. After all, there's only so much fried, barbecued, baked, broiled or steamed chicken one can take.
Here's a simple recipe my family loves. It can actually be a nice twist to a typical holiday meal. Try it!
Wash and dry hens. Brush with oil and place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
While baking, prepare a sauce from remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. After 30 minutes, pour sauce over hens (on all sides) and continue cooking for another 30 minutes or until done. This meal may also be cooked on a grill by either starting in the oven for 30 minutes and moving the hens to the grill or by completely cooking on the grill.
If preparing the hens on the grill, do not baste with sauce until the last few minutes, or the sugar will stick and burn. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
