Here are a few that I think are delicious and easy! Enjoy! Tiramisu is really very easy to make, yes there are several ways to make it.

Hope these help you. Tiramisu is one of my favorites! Tiramisu Ingredients *6 egg yolks 3 tablespoons sugar 1 pound mascarpone cheese 1 1/2 cups strong espresso, cooled 2 teaspoons dark rum 24 packaged ladyfingers 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate shavings, for garnish Directions In a large bowl, using an electric mixer with whisk attachment, beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes.

Add mascarpone cheese and beat until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of espresso and mix until thoroughly combined. In a small shallow dish, add remaining espresso and rum.

Dip each ladyfinger into espresso for only 5 seconds. Letting the ladyfingers soak too long will cause them to fall apart. Place the soaked ladyfinger on the bottom of a 13 by 9 inch baking dish, breaking them in half if necessary in order to fit the bottom.

Spread evenly 1/2 of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Arrange another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with remaining mascarpone mixture. Cover tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 8 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Tiramisu Ingredients 7 yolks 1 cup sugar for yolks 3 cups or 1 (750-gram) container mascarpone 4 1/2 tablespoons water 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered gelatin 3 egg whites 1/20 cup sugar for whites 1 cup heavy cream, whipped 2 1/2 cups cooled espresso 1/2 cup kalhua 20 to 24 ladyfingers 1 cup chocolate shavings Directions In a mixer with the whip attachment, whip yolks and sugar until thick and pale in color (ribbon stage). Add mascarpone and whip until well incorporated.

Pour water into a small bowl then pour powdered gelatin over it. Do not stir. Allow gelatin to absorb all of the water (about 15 minutes) then place the bowl on top of a small saucepan containing simmering water (creating a double boiler).

Immediately turn off the heat and allow the gelatin to dissolve completely. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites to a soft peak, gradually add sugar, then slowly pour in dissolved gelatin. Whip to a stiff, glossy peak.

Fold whites into mascarpone and yolk mixture then fold in whipped cream. In a separate bowl, combine espresso and kalhua. Soak 1 ladyfinger at a time in the espresso mixture. In an 8 by 10-inch pan, arrange soaked ladyfingers close together in neat rows until the bottom of the pan is completely covered.

Pour 1/2 of the mousse over the ladyfingers and smooth with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle 1/2 of the chocolate shavings over mousse. Create another layer and chill until set.

Over a double boiler, beat egg yolks and sugar until mixture lightens in color and forms ribbons when the whisk is lifted from the pot.

Allow to cool 5 minutes. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold the mascarpone into the egg yolk mixture 1/4 at a time.

Fold mascarpone-yolk mixture into the egg whites and set aside. Lay the savoiardi along the insides of the wine goblets all the way to the bottom, lining the entire glass, keeping 6 savoiardi for later use. Using a pastry brush, paint the cookies with the espresso and brandy mixture.

3 Be sure to use the firm ladyfingers called savoiardi. The conventional soft ladyfingers won't hold up in this recipe.
