How do you motivate yourself to do monotonous work?

It depends on the work that you are doing. If it is very important, for a job or school project, then you can motivate yourself by telling yourself that if you do a good job then you will be rewarded. If that doesn't work then think about how, for lack of a better word, pissed your boss / teacher will be if you do a bad job.

And that you may fail or be fired, depending on what the project is for.

Know that you are building you character by working, and working towards acheiving goals you set, meet interesting people, and make a positive difference. Caffeine helps, too Additional: Add to that, a paycheck to support yourself and/or your family.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
