A power of attorney is a document used to assign a personal power, such as the ability to make medical or financial decisions, to another party. A general or durable power of attorney does not have limitations, other than death or incapacitation. A limited power of attorney, however, may set certain restrictions or a time period.
For instance, it may restrict an agent to control a specific bank account or authorize the sale of specific property. A limited power of attorney ends if you become incapacitated or die. Check for a time or task limitation.
If the limited power of attorney includes a time restriction that has expired or a specific task that has been completed, there is no need for revocation. Execute a document stating you revoke the limited power of attorney. This document should contain your name and signature, the date you signed the revocation, the person or persons you named as your agent on the power of attorney you are revoking, and the date the original power of ... more.
Once you have entered into a Power of Attorney agreement with a proxy, you can revoke Power of Attorney at any time - with or without cause. If you feel you are ready to handle your own personal matters again, or you suspect that your proxy is taking advantage of her authority, you can revoke Power of Attorney immediately by drafting a simple revocation letter. You do not need the help of an attorney or anyone else to revoke Power of Attorney, nor do you need to file anything with the courts.
Draft a new typed document on your computer. If you have no access to a computer, you can also hand-write the document, instead. Start by titling your document "Revocation of Power of Attorney."
Underneath, type your full name and the date. State your full name again and that you are of sound mind. State the full name(s) of the person(s) acting as an agent on your behalf.
Describe the Power of Attorney agreement into which you initially entered, and include the date the Power of Attorney first ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
