It's not terribly difficult You can some do-it-yourself stucco, apply it, let it dry and then paint it. Or there are some that are already colored which you wouldn't need to paint. The supposed advantage there is that it's lower maintenance.

But in practice, the color won't last forever because the sun will still fade it. So I'd prefer to paint it regularly like you would a cement exterior. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
