How does the new macbook pro battery differ from my new macbook pro 15" one?

I have the new 17'' MacBook and the battery is not removable. My friend had to get a new battery and it cost in the 170-200 dollar range. I have noticed that if you change your system to get a better battery life the battery becomes much more efficient from the MacBook 15''.

So I have noticed the the MacBook 17'' has a much better and stronger battery. One of my very close friends works for apple. He is in a department that takes complaints from apple users.

He has noticed that many of the complaints have been about the MacBook 15'' and the very weak battery life that it has. The standard battery life for a 15'' on pages without moving or flashing objects on it can last for about 7 hours. My friend has said since the 17'' came out there have been a lot less complaints about weak battery life.

The 17'' on a page with no moving or flashing objects has a life of almost 9 hours. I hope you find this helpful.

Assuming you mean the new 17" MacBook Pro that was introduced this week, the main differences are the fact that the battery lasts significantly longer (up to 8 hours), and can charge up to 1,000 times. According to Apple, that's 3 times more than most laptop batteries. It's also larger than the other MacBook Pro batteries, but that's not really an issue because it isn't removable like they normally are.To learn more, you can watch Apple's video about the new battery on Gizmodo or directly from the Apple site at one of the links in my sources.

You can't remove the new 17" MBP battery, and it costs $179 to replace it when it does die. Also, it is said to have a longer battery life (8 hrs for integrated video card, 7 hrs for dedicated video card).

From the Apple web site: Battery and power5 15-inch MacBook Pro Removable 50-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery 17-inch MacBook Pro Built-in 95-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery 85W MagSafe Power Adapter with cable management system MagSafe power port In short one is removable and the other not. Apple claims this allows for a bigger total battery size. The new Pro looks sweet but the lack of a removable battery would be a non starter uinless you were willing to spend $150-$200.00 for an external battery.

The old macbook had a traditional lithium ion chemistry. The new one has a scarcely used technology : Silver-Zinc. It has a higher energy density than traditional lithium ion and is more stable and therefore more safe.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
