Because it is sin against God. It is unpleasant to live in a godless society which promotes all kinds of sin, as if they are normal - when they are known to lead to disease, suffering, pain, society decay. God defined marriage as one man and one woman becoming one flesh.

Other people who worship false gods sin against the only true God who created the universe, it is idolatry - it is sin against God and worthless also, since dumb idols cannot help you. Homosexuals are to be treated with love as neighbor by Jesus' command, but it does not mean Christians are to agree with their sins, just as any other sin, because it would be calling God a liar. The immoral relations (whether homosexual or not) lead to promiscuity and lust instead of love, suffering on separation and selfish use of people for personal pleasure, it spreads std, often abandoning women once they get pregnant, because people want pleasure only, not responsibility.

It either leads to abortion (more suffering, guilt) or bearing children in incomplete families, who are often dysfunctional, due to lack of love in comparison to children in loving and godly families.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
