How does waste from landfills get into the ground water?

There is no rule that says someone can't keep their door open if they want and you sound rather paranoid and obsessive about the habits of others. Your delusions of being spied on do not super-cede his right to keep the door to HIS OWN apartment open. Plus you sound like a real busy body, talking to all the neighbors about this and being a horrid gossip!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
