How many hours does a baker or chef work?

An self employed baker can work up to 16-17 hours daily and an employed baker 8 hours or more depending if they are the only baker employed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
