Ah I see once again the wisdom of a FOX informed viewer. The IRS will not be 'in charge' of Obamacare. The IRS will be only collecting any penalty payments.

The management of the care will still be in the hands of the same insurance companies as before.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
