How many litres of milk a day does an Ayrshire produce compared to a modern dairy cow?

The Ayrshire cow produces approximately a third less in comparison to its modern day counter part but on average the quality butterfat and protein is higher. At peak yield this year in the summer months we were producing on average 210L of milk from 11 cows. Our top cow, Kittochside Nora Louise, was producing 35L of milk per day at 6.2% butterfat, which is exceptional for an Ayrshire.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
