Pineland Learning Center's behavior management program is considered to be a model program. Students receive incentives for proper behavior and for following rules using a positive behavior support model. In addition, PLC employees are trained, certified and re-certified in non-violent crisis intervention techniques by the Crisis Prevention Institute.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
