How much louder is the Garrett Otter than the PT6 Otter?

The Garrett is definitely louder on the ground than the PT6 (probably twice as loud) at idle. From the takeoff run, climb-out, and cruise, the Garrett is quieter than both the PT6 and the Walter (with 106” 3-blade). See City of Juneau, AK.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
