A serving being 4 oz. You should need 1200 oz for 300 people but considering there will be overeaters, you should probably bring 1400 to be sure to have enough.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
