How often do you follow your instinct?

I have learned that my instincts are my sixth sense and they are usually right. Whenever I don't follow my instincts I usually end up regretting it so I try to follow my sixth sense as much as possible.

Always. I don't call it instinct, I cal it my heart. Anything that I will do always under the decision of my heart after getting some consideration from my mind.

Instinct is not always impulsive. With experience, what we call instinct is actually part of our mind that knows something so well that we don't even need to consciously think about something--e.g. The instincts that ER surgeons or soldiers have are not blind impulses, but the workings of a trained mind. Likewise I listen to instincts as a mother.

When I "just know" something is wrong I'm usually not being silly--my mind had subconsciously observed things and noticed something did not line up with expected patterns. I don't follow every impulse, but when I have a nagging feeling, I always stop to consider that my brain might be trying to tell me something.

I find my instinct is usually wrong; so I rely on experience, the opinions of others, and the gathering information before making a decision.

I usually follow my instinct when I need to act fast or when it concerns more important choices. Smaller decisions make me indecisive and I can spend too much time weighing the pros and cons over things that really doesn't matter!

Following instinct to me means acting on impulse.. To others it could mean just the opposite. As I get older, I find that decisions are never to be rushed. For that reason, I guess I never act on instinct.

Everyday! When I ignore my instincts, I screw up.

Parenting and my job require me to follow that gut feeling all the time. Sometimes it is a quick reaction, and other times I have time to contemplate that instinct and weigh it out next to other options. I usually so not regret following my instinct.

My instincts have come correct on most occasions so I try to follow them. Of course, I try to reason them out too. As one reasons out and follows one's instincts, the experience gained over a period of time leads one's instinct to give one a feeling of being right or wrong.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
