How old do you have to be to babysit in Florida?

The Department of Children and Families states the minimum age as 16 to be a licensed substitute childcare provider Answer 12 Answer Florida has not passed a law regarding the age to babysit. Most places expect it to be at least a teenager to have that responsibility I say if you think it okay and you are mature ask a parnet you like to babysit for also age 11-12 of starting age ask the parent and your also who how many and age are good if 11-12 babys say wait till they 1 if a boy there is no set answer. It depends on the age of the BABYSITTER, maturity level, do they know how to handle themselves in an emergency, etc... to be safe, mot likely 13 years old since they are then in the "teens Well , it depends if yoou want to be like a full time nanny or just making money babysitting the kids up the street.

If its choice 2 there is relly no age but the age recommended to babysit is about 12 years and up hope this helps=) Answer I personally Think ten is a good age to start babysitting in your own neighborhood, or even community. If you think you are ready to babysit, then go ahead. Of course ask your parents first.

Your community rec. Center should have a babysitting course, or American red cross offers for ages 11 to 15. Hope this gave you some confidence!

I think this girl is right Definitely! There is no age limit for babysitting in Florida... :) Good luck! No.As long as you can care for there needs and they are not in any harms way you will be ok!

I think you will have to have one safety qualification, such as... a bronze medallion or a st John of God training session and around the age of 13/14 or older. But it also depends on how mature you are.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
