How the Muscular System Works?

Our muscular systems enable daily bodily functions such as movement and mobility. We have 3 muscular types: Cardiac- muscles that are found only in the heart, and are involuntary, Smooth- also involuntary and are comprised of the internal organs, and lastly there is the skeletal muscles, which are the only voluntary muscles and comprise the skeletal system. The muscular system makes up nearly half the weight of the human body, this is why when we train we sometimes put on weight instead of losing it. We put on muscle weight. The muscles provide the forces that enable the body to move.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
