How to construct a PDB input file for R.E.D. Server using Jmol?

Jmol based java applets have been developed allowing any user to build PDB input files for R.E.D. Server. Six templates are available for building any type of nucleosides, amino acids, monosaccharides, inorganic complexes and organic or heterocyclic molecules.
