How to determine the target content offset of a UIScrollView when dragging is finished?

What about scrollViewWillEndDragging:withVelocity:targetContentOffset: as it gives you an estimated content offset of where the scrolling will stop.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
