How to treat Yin dificency and Spleen dampness?

Hi I need to know how to treat a patient with Yin dificency and Spleen dampness. Cold bitter herbs damage the spleen and hot herbs increase yang. What do I do?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
