It isn't clear why the JPanel must be an inner class. In general, that is not a good idea (you will end up with multiple . Class files either way).
The JPanel should just be its own top-level class and referenced from your wrapper class (all of which can be in the same jar). WindowBuilder can easily be used to create/edit your JPanel subclasses (including ones originally created with NetBeans), but it will only do so for top-level classes. It won't allow you to create/edit an inner class like this (which is entirely intentional).
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
