How well can I play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?

As already said, the GT630m is a low end laptop gpu. It should be able to handle skyrim on low-med settings just fine at 1366x768, but thats about it. (i don't recommend adding any mods that require extra gpu/cpu power).

As far as numbering goes for gpu. First number is generation. Higher the number the newer it is.

They usually follow a tick-tock cycle like cpus where one generation they make new architecture which is a decent increase in performance, the next generation they just slightly optimize that architecture to perform slightly better. The second and third numbers are an indication of performance of the card in that generation. Higher the 2nd and 3rd number are, the higher the gpus performance will be.

(gtx 280 is an 8, so its very high on performance scale, where yours is a 3, very low on the scale). Yours is much newer, but its still not enough to make up for the large raw compute power difference between them. And a gtx280 is a desktop card and GT630M is a laptop gpu.

Laptop gpus are MUCH MUCH slower then desktop gpus. (though the high end on the most recent nvidia gpus are much closer, like gtx980M is around a gtx970 dektops performance).

GTX 630M is pretty, ahh, no offense, here, but sucky. As a Skyrim junkie, I can promise you that Skyrim will eat up every bit of hardware you can throw at it. I get good results on my i7 4790k desktop with R9 290x.

But I can clearly understand why it's not running well on the 630m. Your video card is way underpowered.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
