How will cutting taxes for the Rich and Corporations stop Outsourcing and Cheap Labor?

Let the prisoners work for nothing or whatever the deal is, it's better than letting them do nothing and still take my tax money and you do realize the prison system is government owned.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
