How would Martin Luther King Jr.and Malcolm X feel about the plight of African-Americans today?

They would be upset at how opportunities have been squandered by some African-Americans. Although things are much better than they were, I think Blacks are being kept down in other ways. Economically, America has systematically ignored/left out the majority of African-Americans.

Outside of sports, African-Americans are still lag far behind in corporate America and other areas. Most inner cities are at best war zones with little or no economic opportunites. Most inner cities are in the exact same conditions as they were years ago.

Out of wedlock births are still high among African-American females and males under age 30. Often times these kids are being raised in adverse conditions with no hope even after reaching adulthood of escaping those conditions. MLK and Malcolm would also truly be upset at the high rate of African-American males behind bars.

They would be upset at the number of fatherless homes among African-American families. They'd also be upset at the crack epidemic and all ... more.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
