I am ineligible for benefits under MES ACT, SEC 28(1)(A). Didn't certify & no good cause?

The bar for establishing good cause is pretty high. Basically it means you were unable to certify because you were in the hospital, attending a relative's funeral. The procedure allows you to call MARVIN to certify on your assigned day and a make up day each week.

Sorry I can't be more encouraging. You may be ineligible only for the week or weeks you were unable to certify. You might try going to a UIA Problem Resolution Office to discuss your problem.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
