This might not be exactly what you want but it's close:capital-sew-and-sew.blogspot.com/2009/04... how wide and low you want the finished neckline to be and clip away (there is the photo of this in the slideshow). The next step is to apply the elastic directly to the t-shirt fabric - there is no casing. My design had the neckline end about 2 inches in from the top of my shoulder.contd....----------- html.

Piglady53144 - I'd suggest you contact someone at the website since I haven't sewn this top. What I posted earlier says "there is no casing". Best to inquire from them if you can.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
