I give you credit for realizing that you cant take care of your dogs and being honest. I like the first responders response and I agree that before trying RSPCA you may want to see if there are any rescue groups that might be willing to help out or of course you can always try rehoming on your own but if you do this please be VERY careful of who you give your dog too (do background checks, visit the home of the person who you will be adopting the dogs, etc) and DON'T ever give your dog away for free. Always charge a fee (even if it is something small), this will help detract those with bad intentions.
People tend to place more value on things, including living beings when they have to pay for them. And of course you may want to consider keeping the dog yourself, like the first responder said. There are alot of places that can help you take care of him/her and please be more careful when taking on a dog in the future, it is not fair to take on a dog as a puppy and then give him/her away when they get older and more difficult to adopt out.
I am not saying you did this but if you did, please don't do that again. Good luck either way.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
