I got a radar traffic citation in mail from a school zone when it was a school holiday and lights not flashing?

I got a radar traffic citation in mail from a school zone when it was a school holiday and lights not flashing. Three days before Xmas. School not in session.

School Zone lights were not flashing, which indicates the lower speed limit is in effect. I drive by this school everyday and always go the 20mph when it is a school day. I was going 30, which is the speed limit when school is not in session.

You can argue it, but you'll still need to make an appearance to do so. You'll probably get the case dismissed if you can prove that it wasn't a school day. But it won't happen without you arguing the case.

You'd have to take the thing to court, ask the judge to note the date, and insist that proving school was in session rests with the court to prove. Otherwise, it's a toss. But you'll have to go to court to do this.

What ever you do don't ignore it. It WILL come back on you. Address it and bring the citation with the date and time and it would probably be thrown out but don't ignore it.

Hope that helps .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
