I will assume it is. Is the 14 year old mature for her age? As long as he does not have sexual relations with the girl before she is of legal age there is definitely nothing wrong.

The only problem is that they could get frustrated sexually and the whole sex thing could become a wedge that drives them apart. Relationships with one party that young rarely go the distance because they will both mature as they get older and their tastes change BUT it is not impossible. So just how hypothetical is this question?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
